Technical Features
- HDL-601 is a double cylinder sock knitting machine which is controlled by computer in the process of knitting. It can knit men’s socks, women’s socks, children’s socks, sports socks and true invisible socks.
- Using servo motor and drive motor, electrical control shuttle conversion.
- The machine uses 6 shuttles. When multiple shuttles operate continuously, socks can be woven in five colors at most.
- There are a variety of fault detection devices (broken yarn, broken needle, power off and electronic fault), play a protective role.
- Automatic oil supply device.
- Can make Y form of sock’s heel part.
- The motor can adjust the knitting state of socks
